AI tools can support language learning and academic writing. At the same time, it is important to use them transparently, responsibly and in line with the requirements of the respective course.
A short overview summarizes the key framework conditions for the use of AI in language and writing courses. It offers initial guidance on how AI tools may be used in the context of our courses and what needs to be taken into account.
As a general rule, the use of AI may be regulated differently depending on the course, the type of assignment and the examination format. Please therefore always follow the instructions provided by your instructors as well as the information given in the respective course descriptions.
